#264 Cocktail: Sloe Comfortable Screw

   There is no known history of this drink combination, but the name is really easy to decipher. It comes, obviously from the usage of Sloe gin, Southern Comfort and the orange juice which turns this cocktail in a "Screw"
    Very tasty and summery cocktail, despite the fact that here are 2 degrees Celsius. But that doesn't mean we have to stick on drinking only hot beverages

 3/4 ounce Vodka

3/4 ounce Sloe Gin

3/4 ounce Southern Comfort

3 ounces fresh orange juice

#77 Cocktail: Canteen Martini

  This drink is included in the International Sours category, meaning that it needs to have liquor base and some lemon or lime and has to be swetened by a liqueur, another fruit juice or both.
    The Canteen Martini was created by Joey Guerra, bartender at the Canteen restaurant in New York city. It doesn't have a long history and is not a classic, but is a tasty drink combining the Southern Comfort liqueur and the amaretto with a liquor not so strong as a base.

1 1/2 ounce white rum

1 1/2 ounce Southern Comfort

1/2 ounce amaretto

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

#16 Cocktail: Alabama Slammer

     The legend has it that the Alabama Slammer was invented  at the University of Alabama in 1975, although further details about the origins of the cocktail are hazy. It is claimed to have been made famous by Green Bay Packers quarterback, Brett Favre. However, the drink was popular with the college crowds as early as the 1980s when it was served as a shaker shot in many bars and also available as a pitcher in T.G.I. Fridays and other chain restaurants

1 ounce Sloe Gin

1 ounce Southern Comfort 

1 ounce amaretto

2 ounces fresh orange juice
